With a lifetime of athleticism, including a collegiate softball career, and a strong academic background in criminal justice and psychology, Liv understands the importance of alignment and balance for optimal physical and mental health. Liv believes that everyone is an athlete, and by perfecting strength training form and aligning the body with gravity, individuals can strengthen, heal, and become their best selves.
